Beth brings 25+ years of experience in search and culture evolution. Her clients appreciate that she is a great listener and holistic thinker, looking beyond an organization’s immediate hiring need to deeply understand their values and unique position in their sector. Beth specializes in searches for Chief Development Officers, Chief Program Officers, Chief Operations Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, and other director-level positions. She brings a wealth of experience conducting searches for organizations in education or social services, JCCs, and Federations. Beth’s clients value her candor, authenticity, and white-glove approach to each search. 

Prior to Evolve, Beth worked at JCC Chicago as a Senior HR Business Partner. She is passionate about matching great people to the right job and seeing those organizations soar as a result of having a strong staff. Outside of work, Beth volunteers for Sharsharet, Maot Chitim, and the Chicago Mitzvah Campaign. She is a former board member of Ida Crown Jewish Academy and the Skokie Flyers Travel Hockey Club.
