Cayce is a seasoned fundraising pro with a decade-long background in nonprofit development, specializing in donor operations and gift management. Cayce loves finding solutions to complex problems and delivering meaningful results to clients. Her past development work includes the International Rescue Committee, the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, the Cleveland Orchestra, and Case Western Reserve University. She has worked on multi-million dollar campaigns such as the Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s $34 million annual campaign and the International Rescue Committee’s $600 million dollar campaign.  

Cayce understands that successful fundraising organizations and large-scale campaigns need a strong database and operations foundation to run like a well-oiled machine. Cayce’s clients appreciate her report building work, expertise in CRMs, and her strength for fundraising processes, which help set organizations up for future success. With her knack for NPSP Salesforce and other CRMs, Cayce streamlines data management, designs tailored reports, and crafts dashboards to suit each organization's needs. Outside of Evolve, Cayce volunteers for the Junior League in Wilmington on their Learning & Development team.
