Jennifer’s two decades of experience in fundraising, community development, and nonprofit management is rooted in her desire to create a more equitable, inclusive, and just world. As an expert in Jewish federation fundraising, clients appreciate the strategic, adaptable, and empathetic approach she brings to her work. Jennifer’s greatest strength is building strong, collaborative relationships with lay leaders, volunteers, organizational stakeholders, and colleagues. 

As an in-house professional, Jennifer led teams responsible for raising $30 million annually. Jennifer most recently worked as Vice President, Annual Campaign at The Associated: Jewish Federation of Baltimore and has also held development leadership roles at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit and Baltimore Child Abuse Center (now, Lifebridge Health’s Center for Hope). Outside of Evolve, Jennifer volunteers for the National Council of Jewish Women Milwaukee chapter.

Jennifer loves working on crossword puzzles, playing Scrabble, traveling, hiking, singing, tap dancing, listening to music, cooking (and eating), sipping a good glass of wine, and spending time with friends and family.
