Pam comes to Evolve with over two decades of experience in the nonprofit world. Her passion is helping nonprofits identify organizational goals and strategically craft plans to achieve those goals. Pam grew to love these areas as she advanced through numerous leadership positions at Ma’ayanot Yeshiva High School for Girls, including serving as the school’s inaugural Director of PR and Community Relations, and ultimately its inaugural Director of Development. Most recently, Pam served as Director of Development for SINAI Schools, a network of eight special education schools located throughout NY and NJ.

Pam entered the field of consulting because she enjoys using her varied experiences in strategic planning, community relations, marketing, and fundraising to guide nonprofits in their efforts to grow and have a greater impact within their communities.Outside of Evolve, Pam works as a volunteer mentor for new nonprofits associated with the Orthodox Union’s Impact Accelerator program and has been privileged to serve on numerous nonprofit boards as well.
