Stefan Teodosic has worked for 25+ years leading organizations, designing strategies, managing cultural change and building teams. He has deep experience in consulting and executive coaching, as well as facilitating groups of professional and lay leaders. He spent almost 2 decades as an Executive Director in the Jewish residential camping space. Prior, he spent several years working in strategic financial services at American Express. He has worked with numerous organizations including camps, associations, Federations, day schools, congregations, foundations, arts organizations and social service agencies. Stefan currently serves as an Executive Board member of Moishe House, a board member of Tamarack Camps and a lay leader for JUF. He is also a Professor of Management, Applied Wisdom for Leaders and Communications at Spertus Hebrew Union College and Gratz College.

Stefan is at his best when he is helping people help people. He believes that every project is about engaging and empowering the right stakeholders and building trusting relationships. With this foundation firmly in place, he facilitates a values-driven process and delivers actionable plans that are owned by the organization. Delighting clients is what Stefan does best by understanding needs, meeting them in the most positive way and exceeding expectations.
